  Yes, our team is available 24-hours a day to resolve emergency plumbing, heating, and cooling problems throughout Greater Memphis, Arlington, and the surrounding communities.

• Are Your Technicians Licensed and Certified?

  Yes, our team of plumbers and HVAC technicians is fully licensed and certified, with over 15 years of hands-on experience serving homes across the Greater Memphis and Arlington areas.

• What Types of Services Do You Provide?

  Smith's Plumbing, Heating & Air provides a full range of plumbing and HVAC services, including drain cleaning, sewer repair, water heater service, AC repair and installation, furnace repair, and more. Whether you need routine maintenance, emergency repairs, or a complete system installation, our experienced team is ready to handle all your plumbing and HVAC needs.

• Do You Offer Financing?

  Yes. We offer financing options on qualifying installations and repairs. We know a major plumbing or HVAC job isn't always planned, and we want to make sure the cost doesn't stand between you and getting it fixed right. Visit our Financing page or ask when you call for current options.
• How Soon Can I Expect a Technician to Arrive at My Location?

  Our team strives to provide prompt service. Depending on availability, we aim to have a plumber or HVAC technician at your home as quickly as possible.
• Do You Have an Ongoing Maintenance Program?

  Yes. Our Total Care Club membership is designed to keep both your plumbing and HVAC systems running at their best year-round.

  Members receive two system inspections and four precision tune-ups annually, plus no trip charge or dispatch fee, no after-hours charges, 10% off repairs, priority emergency service, and a monthly raffle entry.

  Yes, Smith's Plumbing, Heating & Air is a locally owned company with offices in Memphis and Arlington. We're also active in the community, including 901 Gives and participation in other local initiatives.

• What Is Your Pricing Structure Like?

  We provide transparent, upfront pricing so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins. Our standard service dispatch fee is $59, and we clearly explain all costs before starting the job.

  If you’re a member of our Total Care Club, your dispatch fee is waived.

  Yes. We offer maintenance services for both plumbing and HVAC systems to help prevent issues before they start.

• What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

  We want to make things as easy as possible for you, which is why we accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, and we also offer financing options for larger jobs.
• Will You Charge Me More for After-Hours or Weekend Service?

  For standard after-hours and weekend calls, our dispatch fee does increase from $59 to $89. However, if you're dealing with a true emergency, we won't tack on extra charges.

  If you're a Total Care Club member, we waive all after-hours and dispatch fees entirely. One more reason to join the club!

• Do I Need to Be Home During the Service Visit?

  In most cases, yes — we'll need someone there to let our technician in and walk through the work with you. That said, every situation is different, and our dispatcher will go over the details with you when you schedule your appointment.
• Do You Offer a Warranty on Parts and Labor?

  Absolutely. We stand behind our work with a 1-year labor warranty on every job we complete. Warranty coverage on parts can vary depending on the type of repair or installation — your technician will walk you through exactly what's covered before work begins so there are no surprises.
