That’s why we’re giving away TWO FREE home upgrades to local hometown heroes:

Why We’re Doing This

Our community is built on people who show up for others—often without recognition.

From teachers and nurses to volunteers and everyday neighbors, these individuals make a lasting impact. This giveaway is our way of saying thank you and giving back to those who give so much.

How the Contest Works

Submit a nomination using the form below.
Share why your nominee deserves to win.
Once nominations close, the Top 5 most nominated individuals will be selected as finalists.
Finalists will advance to a public voting round.
The community votes—and the winners are chosen based on total votes.

Finalists & Voting

The Top 5 nominees with the most nominations will be announced as finalists.
Voting will take place:
- May 25–May 29, 2026 (ending at 11:59 PM CST)
Voting will be open to the public.
Each finalist is encouraged to campaign and rally support from friends, family, and their community.

Sharing on social media, word of mouth, and community support are all part of the fun—so don’t be shy about supporting your hometown hero.

How Winners Are Selected

Two winners will be selected based on total votes:
- One winner will receive a FREE MoenFlo installation
- One winner will receive a FREE AirScrubber installation
Winners will be announced after the voting period concludes.
In the event of a tie or eligibility concern, Smith’s Plumbing, Heating & Air reserves the right to make the final determination.

Eligibility: Nominees must be homeowners residing within Smith’s Plumbing, Heating & Air’s service area

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by Smith’s Plumbing, Heating & Air (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents within Smith’s Plumbing, Heating & Air’s service area.
Nominees must be homeowners, at least 18 years of age, and must own and reside in the home where the prize will be installed.
Employees of Smith’s Plumbing, Heating & Air and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period

Nomination Period: Ends May 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST
Voting Period: May 25–May 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST

4. How to Enter

Entries must be submitted via the official nomination form on this page.
Each submission must include:
- Nominee’s name
- Valid contact information
- A written reason for nomination
Multiple nominations for the same individual are permitted and will contribute to finalist selection.

5. Finalist Selection

The Top 5 nominees receiving the highest number of valid nominations will be selected as finalists.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify all nominations and remove any fraudulent, duplicate (spam), or incomplete entries.

6. Voting

Voting will be open to the public during the designated voting period.
Voting method and platform will be determined by Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to monitor and invalidate suspicious or fraudulent voting activity.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be determined based on total valid votes received during the voting period.
Two winners will be selected:
- One Laundry Pro system winner
- One AirScrubber system winner
In the event of a tie, dispute, or irregularity, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the winner at its sole discretion.

8. Prize Details

Prizes include:
- One (1) Laundry Pro System with standard installation
- One (1) AirScrubber System with standard installation
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Installation is only valid at the nominee’s primary residence and must be located within Smith’s Plumbing, Heating & Air’s service area.
Installation is limited to standard residential applications.
Any additional work, modifications, code upgrades, or system compatibility requirements beyond standard installation may not be included.

9. Publicity & Content Use

By entering, participants agree that:

Submitted nominations (including names and stories) may be used in marketing, advertising, and promotional materials.
Finalists and winners may be featured on social media, website content, video, and other promotional channels without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if necessary.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Incomplete, late, or lost entries
- Technical errors, system failures, or platform issues
Any attempt to manipulate or undermine the contest (including fraudulent nominations or voting) may result in disqualification.

11. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Smith’s Plumbing, Heating & Air from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the contest or acceptance and use of any prize.

12. Privacy

Information collected through this form will be used solely for the administration of this contest and will not be added to marketing lists without consent.
