  • Q:Why am I always running out of hot water?

    A:This is a common complaint made by many homeowners. The reason you may be running out of hot water, often mid-shower, is because of a poorly functioning or old water heater. Over time, sediment can build up in your water heater, which can prevent it from working to its optimum level. This is why regular water heater maintenance is so important.

  • Q:The flow of my kitchen’s faucet is less than normal. Why is that?

    A:Poor water flow in a faucet is usually due to an aerator that has become clogged with calcium or sand. Try unscrewing the faucet head and cleaning it out with a brush. If that doesn’t work, we would be happy to fix it for you!

  • Q:My garbage disposal smells bad. What can I do to get rid of the smell?

    A:We recommend that you place citrus peels (orange or lemon) in your garbage disposal, along with ice cubes, and let it run for 30 seconds. You can also add liquid dish washing soap while the garbage disposal is still going. After the 30 seconds, let cold water run for a bit. This should do the trick!

  • Q:Why does the water in my house look yellow?

    A:This is most likely due to the fact that your piping system is very old. Over time, rust can build up inside the pipes, which causes water to look yellow. We can carefully examine the state of your pipes and provide you with pipe replacement services.

  • Q:How much do you charge for a dispatch?
