*Each household is limited to one cooling tune-up and one plumbing inspection during the promotional period. No additional discounts or offers can be used inconjuction. Not applicable for members as services are included in yearly maintenance program. Cooling tune-up only covers two units, additional fees will apply if more units need to be service.
