Total Care Club Terms and Conditions
All listed Total Care Club benefits are included, along with a lifetime warranty on eligible plumbing products, devices, and fixtures supplied and installed by Smith’s Plumbing Services. This warranty excludes consumable items (e.g., toilet flappers, cartridges, and washers), motorized equipment (e.g., sump pumps, disposals), water filtration systems, water softeners, and any non-premier fixtures or third-party components. Any eligible product, device or equipment that fails to perform as designed will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge for as long as the Total Care Club membership is in good standing. Failure of any eligible product, device or equipment through abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, fire, flood, earthquake or other acts of God (force majeure) will not be covered. The results of ordinary wear and tear such as scratches or finish blemishes will not constitute causes for replacement. Maintenance or alterations of eligible products, devices, and equipment by anyone other than our company will void this warranty.
All tune-ups and inspections included in this agreement must be performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding holidays. There will be an additional fee required in order to perform these included services outside of normal business hours. To receive these benefits, you must contact our office during business hours to request an appointment. The date and appointment window will be scheduled based on availability. While Total Care Club members receive priority for emergency service, availability is not guaranteed and will be scheduled based on technician capacity and service area coverage.
Installations must comply with all local codes. Additional repairs may be required for safe and efficient performance of your plumbing system; these additional repairs will incur additional charges. Other conditions may be required for eligibility as determined by our technician.
All Total Care Club memberships require monthly payments and are for a term of no less than one year (12 consecutive months). Annual enrollment options are not available. Members may cancel at any time by submitting written notice. Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal at the end of their current 12-month membership term. No partial-month refunds will be issued. If a membership payment fails or is not received, benefits will be temporarily suspended until the account is brought back into good standing. We may, at our discretion, provide notice at least 60 days in advance of any renewal term of a monthly charge increase. After said notice of increase, you shall have thirty days to provide us with written notice of your cancellation of the Total Care Club Agreement if you do not wish to renew. All annual redeemable services must be used within the 12-month period of the membership year and do not roll over.
This membership is available exclusively for residential homeowners and private landlords. Property management companies and commercial properties are not eligible for enrollment. Each membership must be purchased per service address, and benefits do not transfer across multiple properties. Residential homeowners may request to transfer their membership to a new address if they move, but benefits may only be active for one property at a time.
