They came to my house and fixed everything immediately. I worked with Zac, and he explained everything very easily and was extremely easy to talk to. Before he left, I asked him if he could take a look at a leaky shower head just for advice, and instead, he took the time to fix it for free instead of going home for the day (another company was charging $300 to fix it). After that, I'd never use another service and have already recommended them to my parents and brother.
