Ryan went over and above what was expected‼️‼️‼️ He found that my tankless water heater was disconnected from the wall and was supported by my water and gas lines. He propped it up with a walking stick that he found in the attic. Conway Services installed the system, not Smith’s Plumbing. The leak that caused the water damage was under my bathroom sink. He was professional, personable, stopped the leak, and explained everything to me along with answering all of my questions. I would recommend Smith’s Plumbing to everyone‼️‼️‼️‼️

On Monday, September 21st I called Smith Plumbing and made an appointment for them to come out and check a plumbing issue I had. They made the appointment within a couple of hours and they came out when they said they would. The technician they sent out was very professional and knowledgeable about what was going on. Smith’s is the best plumbing service I have ever used!
I woke up this morning to the sound of rushing water in my kitchen. The ice maker in my refrigerator had sprung a leak and there was about 1 1/2 inches of water on my kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room floors. I called Smith’s and they were able to squeeze me in and had one of their plumbers, Steven, at my house within 30 minutes. He repaired the leak and arranged for a cleaning company to come and get the water up off the floors. Everything was in process when the insurance company finally got around to calling me back hours later. Thank you Smith’s!!!!! You are the best plumbing service I have ever used!!!!!
